Receiving Your Followers Correctly.

Instagram recently updated its website. Here are the steps to successfully receive your followers:

  • Go to your Account Settings .
  • Select Follow and invite friends .
  • Find the To be checked option and uncheck it .

Managing Follower Losses

If you're experiencing a loss of followers, here's what you need to know:

  • Top-ups: You can request a top-up by contacting our customer service.
  • Mandatory Settings: Losing followers is often related to not configuring the recommended settings (see steps above).
  • Instagram Update: A recent Meta/Instagram update may increase losses, a phenomenon that affects all providers.

We cannot be held responsible for any losses if the settings are not enabled, but we remain available to assist you.

Your Profile Must Be PUBLIC

  • Make sure your profile is public to receive followers.
  • The Like counter must also be enabled.

Order Number Not Found

  • Please check that you used the correct email address to place your order.
  • If you used a secondary email (e.g. Apple Pay), check your other addresses.
  • All orders are accompanied by an invoice, email, or SMS confirmation.
